Place your foot on a flat surface and measure the length of your foot using a tape measure, from the heel to the longest toe. Repeat the same procedure for both feet because shape, proportions, and length may vary slightly between them, and choose the size using the measurement of the longer foot.
Measure the distance from the tip of your big toe to the outermost part of your heel.

A) The special treatments, as well as the washes themselves, are designed to give our products the desired appearance that characterises the brand.
Please handle with care for a longer product life.
Consumers are strongly advised not to:
A) Use any kind of detergent that may alter the look and quality of the shoes.
B) Expose them to direct light, heat, and rain. If they become wet, dry them immediately with a soft cloth.
C) Hand wash or machine wash the shoes.
Some leathers may experience slight colour release when used in extreme conditions.
Delicate accessories and leathers with silver and gold mirror effects or finishes require extra attention during use.
Some leathers may have surface differences that prove their natural characteristics; therefore, these should not be understood as defects, but rather as a value of the leather itself, which is what makes it good leather.
The shipping cost depends on the shipping country and will be calculated at checkout.
Due to logistical difficulties with our partners, orders and shipments to Russia, Ukraine, Syria and Belarus are temporarily suspended. We apologise for the inconvenience.
You will receive your order within 5 (five) working days of delivery to the courier.
KAPSA is not responsible for any prejudice resulting from delivery delays. The courier will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated when placing the order.
Should this not be possible, a second attempt will be made to the same address. If the courier cannot deliver the parcel, it will be sent to the nearest courier post to the shipping address. You will receive a notice with detailed information to pick up the goods.
If you order outside the European Union (EU), you may have to pay local customs duties on your purchase. If you purchase within the EU, customs duties will not be applied. Customs duties will be calculated according to the regulations of the transit country of the goods.
As a rule, customs duties are always charged to the consignee of the shipment before delivery.
Note: The countries available for shipping are only those that can be selected at checkout. If your country is missing, we may eventually add it later, depending on demand.
Payment can be made through PayPal, by credit card (Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Klarna.
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of receipt to request a refund.
You can exchange the size of your item by returning it and placing a new order. Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original condition.
Depending on the shipping service you choose, the parcel may take several days to arrive at our warehouse.
Once your return is verified and meets the conditions, we will send you an e-mail to inform you about the refund. To request a refund, please contact support@kapsa.club.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take between 5 to 7 days.
Shipping costs related to your return are at the customer’s expense.
